ELEVATE’S virtual executive assistants (“EAs”) are flexible and adaptable and may be called upon to handle a variety of tasks depending on your business needs.
All of our EAs provide administrative support, including (but definitely not limited to):
Schedule management: calendar management, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and making reservations for business meals.
Travel planning: booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Email and other communications: managing multiple communication channels, screening and responding to messages on behalf of the executive.
Project management: coordinating tasks and timelines, tracking progress, and following up with team members.
Research: assisting with research on topics relevant to the executive's work, industry trends, and potential partners.
Event planning: planning and coordinating events such as conferences, client meetings, and company gatherings.
In addition, our EAs serve as strategic advisors, helping clients stay organized and ‘out of the weeds.’
Contracts can be customized to adapt to particular client objectives and support requirements.

Logistics
ELEVATE's EAs work remotely, with occasional in-person touchpoints upon request.
EAs work during normal business hours.
While they are not "on call" 24/7, they are dependable for reasonably timely responses to off-hours, emergency requests.
